Director of Sales & Marketing – Upscale Boutique Hotel

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive profitability and enhance guest satisfaction
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to generate group bookings, including room sales, F&B sales, and banquet services
• Attend networking events, local meetings, and conventions to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Conduct site tours and manage an accurate customer database
• Oversee contract negotiations and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
• Manage the departmental budget and track performance against financial goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service hotel sales experience
• Preferred experience with major hotel brands
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
