We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Director of Fulfillment in our manufacturing facility. This exciting role is pivotal to our operations and offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of our organization. The selected candidate will oversee all facets of our fulfillment operations, including management of 3rd party logistic partners, vendor management, ERP systems, and warehouse operations. Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Nutraceuticals and dietary supplements industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of our fulfillment operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all
processes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for fulfillment operations, aligning with the company's overall business
goals.
- Manage relationships with 3rd party logistic partners, ensuring excellent service and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee vendor management, ensuring quality and timely delivery of products.
- Utilize ERP systems to monitor, analyze, and manage inventory, order processing, and shipping.
- Lead warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with all regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fulfillment operations with overall business
processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in the Nutraceuticals and dietary supplements industry,
incorporating relevant changes into our operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous
improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in fulfillment operations within the dietary
supplement, nutraceutical, or personal care industries.
- Proven experience managing 3rd party logistic partners and vendor management.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
- Solid experience in warehouse operations, including safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in the Nutraceuticals and dietary supplements industry is a must.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop a high-performing
team.
- Excellent strategic planning and implementation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications would be an added advantage.
