We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Project Director to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage large-scale construction projects from concept to completion. As a Sr. Project Director, you will be the driving force behind the planning, development, and execution of major construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, identifying potential issues and proactively proposing solutions.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, regularly reporting on status to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, contributing to the continuous improvement of our project management practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from concept to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and proactively propose solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification is a plus.
