Your Role as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):

As a DSP, you'll be instrumental in aiding our individuals with compassionate care, encouragement, and instruction throughout their day-to-day life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalized care for 1 to 4 individuals at a time.
• Assisting with personal and health-related tasks such as basic hygiene, grooming, feeding, mobilization, and medical monitoring.
• Maintaining accurate daily documentation of confidential information.
• Ensuring the personal safety of residents by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Fostering positive, trusting relationships with the individuals you support.
• Accompanying our individuals to scheduled appointments and community outings.

Who We're Looking For:

You don't need prior DSP or caregiving experience – we provide all the training! We value compassion, a positive attitude, and a desire to serve.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Tennessee Driving License
• US Work Authorization
• Must be at least 19 years of age
• 3 years of driving experience
• No more than 3 moving violations on your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) within the past 3 years
• No prior felony convictions
• Written and Verbal Bilingual Fluency is a plus (but not required!)
• CNAs are encouraged to apply – your skills are highly valued here!

Schedule:

• Full-Time ONLY
• 12-hour shifts (Day Shift: 8 am - 8 pm)
• Overtime available
• Rotating weekends

Work Location: In person at one of our 30+ well-maintained homes across Knoxville, TN.
