Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads. They are responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to increase brand awareness and improve customer engagement. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimization. The Digital Marketing Executive works closely with the marketing team to ensure that digital initiatives align with the overall marketing goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and generate leads
• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO)
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords and social media
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging and relevant digital content
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns email marketing social media and display and search advertising
• Plan execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and optimize user experience
• Drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM marketing database email social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics NetInsight Omniture WebTrends)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
• Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM email marketing tools Adobe Creative Suite)
• Understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus
• Experience with A/B testing and website optimization
• Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
