We are problem solvers at heart and work to solve clients complex digital marketing challenges by leveraging data and technology.About the PositionWe are searching for an energetic, creative Graphic Designer to create and develop original graphic design solutions from concept to completion for our clients across several verticals.This is a remote position, so to be successful, you must be able to reliably work on your own. Design beautiful graphics and impactful layouts for campaigns and automations Work cohesively with the Creative Director, the graphic design and marketing teams Maintain all brand assets to achieve consistent brand expression across all channels such as web, email and social Assist on website UX/UI designs Develop/Build frontend website designs utilizing CSS/HTML High level of attention to detail and ability to multitaskQualifications 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency or digital marketing environment Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in CSS and HTML principles Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition Solid portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills and styles Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project requirements and deadlines Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with UI/UX design and video editing software is a bonusResponsibilities As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience You will work collaboratively with our marketing and creative teams to bring concepts to life and contribute to the overall visual identity of our clients campaigns Develop visually appealing designs across various mediums, including digital, print and video, while maintaining brand consistency Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives Create engaging visual content, such as social media graphics, website banners, marketing materials, and presentations Produce high-quality graphics by utilizing industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Incorporate feedback and make revisions based on stakeholder input Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure designs are innovative and cutting-edge Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and contribute to the overall creative process Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers or photographers, to coordinate production and ensure the highest quality of finished productsBenefits:Health, Vision and DentalEmployee 401(k)100% match up to 3%50% match on the next 2%3 weeks paid time off (maximum of 4 weeks with rollover)11 company holidays40 hours of sick leaveParental leaveAccess to company Uber account
