FedEx Delivery Driver job description: (Out of the Rogers terminal)
Our busy delivery company is currently looking for team players to fill the positions of Delivery Driver.
Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined
customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks(when
necessary) and providing exceptional customer service to our client base. We will provide training to the right persons who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn. If you're interested in taking on a new challenge at growing company, we encourage you to apply today.
FedEx Delivery Driver responsibilities :
. Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher
. Unload goods as per client specification
. Obtain delivery confirmation from each customer
. Deliver others to customers on assigned routes
.Conduct inspectors of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
FedEx Delivery Driver Skills
.Clean driving record for past 5 years, only 1 ticket in 3 years allowed
.Must posses a positive and professional attitude
. Ability to pass company driving test, background check and drug test
.Have or pass a Federals DOT physical (Will pay if you don't have one.)
.Valid Driver License
.Strong customer service skills
FedEx Delivery drivers Shifts/Hours: Positions hours are based in your speed & load for that day.
.Monday to Friday( Shifts)
.Wednesday to Sunday ( shifts)
. Weekends only
.Tuesday-Saturday (35-45hrs)
.Christmas season we work 6 days (about 4 weeks, depends on what day Christmas falls)
