Compensation:

• Base Pay: $21.25 per hour, opportunities to earn more with performance
• Weekly Bonus: Weekly bonus based on performance 
• Annual Bonus: Special incentives/bonus each year you are employed 
• 401(k) Match: 2%
• Paid Training

Shift Time(s): must be available weekends

• Shift 1:  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (depending on performance)
• Shift 2:  Wednesday (depending on performance), Thursday, Friday, Saturday

As a Delivery Driver at AJ3 Industries you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are delivered promptly and accurately within the community! You will start and end your day at Amazon Warehouse: [Station code]

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with dispatchers, lead drivers, and operations managers to get the job done
• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area according to GPS
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
• Use hand held device for routing and customer delivery information.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Lift packages up to 50 lbs
  • Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
• Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Report any issues or problems to management immediately

As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:

• Grit and lots of it. It is not easy work, but it can be rewarding when done right
• Reliability, communication skills, and eagerness to learn and get the job done
• Minimum 3 Years driving experience in the United States
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry 50LB packages
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
