Database Admin (DB2 / Postgres / SQL Server) Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000 a year. Responsibilities Architect, deploy, and maintain SQL/Postgres/DB2 databases across production and development environments Design, implement, and document new solutions utilizing best practice technologies Act as a point of escalation for incidents, changes, and requests Manage SQL/PostgreSQL/DB2 server databases Configure and maintain database servers and processes Monitor system health and performance Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and security Understand DB-related issues and help them resolved Communicate with LOB and design and implement the solution, as required Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time Provide suggestions for solutionsRefine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement Provide support for critical production systems Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–4 years of experience in desktop support or engineering Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) Windows Server experience (a plus) Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr Tata Consultancy Services
