Details for Data Entry Clerk:
Schedule: Various Shifts (11:00 pm-7:00 am)
Pay: $19.80 -$20.70/hr.

have a typing and 10 key test attached and reflective work experience on resume

Job Responsibilities & Description for Data Entry Clerk:
Perform high-speed manual key data entry (15,000 KS per hour) and verification of incoming hardcopy documents.
Validate document classification and automatically extract data in digital documents, making necessary corrections.
Review and correct automated redaction on digital documents, ensuring accuracy.
Meets deadlines by working quickly and steadily while still maintaining quality/error-free work.
Conduct quality control checks on documents converted to digital formats.
Validate data on incoming checks, manage check batch totals, and ensure correct account distributions.
Analyze digital checks and related documentation for accuracy, making adjustments as per policy.
Research and analyze check distributions per customer requirements.
Compare hardcopy documents to digital versions, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
Maintain high productivity and accuracy, meeting performance standards set by management.
Complete paperwork efficiently, accurately, and in English.
Adapt to changing tasks and perform repetitive work while maintaining quality standards.
Job Requirements for Data Entry Clerk:
HS Diploma or GED Required
MUST
HAVE A 10 KEY AND A TYPING TEST ALONG WITH WORK EXPERIENCE WORKING NIGHT SHIFT -
NO EXCEPTIONS
Must have data entry of 15,000 keystrokes-(15,000 KS per hour) -*A typing exam will be sent before interviewing*
Must be able to adapt to changing situations and be flexible.
Must be able to perform repetitive work according to set procedures while maintaining quality and production standards
