Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for transforming numbers into actionable insights? We're looking for a Data Analyst to join a dynamic Pharmacy Analytics team supporting pharmaceutical supply chain strategy and contract management.

What Youll Do:

• Analyze large sets of pharmacy-related data to support pricing strategies and supplier relationships
• Use Excel (advanced) and SQL (intermediate) to pull, clean, and analyze data from SQL Server and Access databases
• Collaborate cross-functionally with portfolio managers and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven recommendations
• Build reports and visualizations to support strategic decision-making (Power BI experience a plus!)
• Support a highly visible internal analytics function focused on data integrity, insights, and continuous improvement

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Analytics, Finance, MIS, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and basic SQL proficiency (joins, filtering, querying)
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into meaningful business narratives
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong critical thinking skills
• Bonus: Experience in pharmacy, pharmaceutical contracting, or healthcare analytics

Location: Hybrid Onsite 3 days/week in Irving, TX

Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months with intent to convert to full-time)
