What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards tracking KPIs to empower data-driven decisions
• Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality analysis and insights to stakeholders
• Create and maintain automated reporting processes for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies
• Perform data and report reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple sources
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance data collection and integration for responsible gaming analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an analytics role
• Bachelors Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; intermediate experience with Python preferred
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of transforming data into actionable business insights

• Strong personal organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of ambiguity
