JOB SUMMARY:

• We are seeking an experienced Cyber Fraud Analyst to join our Trust & Safety team, focusing on safeguarding information, mitigating risks, and enhancing security measures through comprehensive investigations and analyses of complex fraudulent activities.
• The ideal candidate will bring expertise in fraud prevention within an enterprise environment, utilizing advanced analytical techniques and tools to address and prevent fraudulent cases effectively. This role involves close collaboration with partner teams to improve fraud detection accuracy and establish strategies for fraud prevention.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct detailed investigations into sophisticated fraudulent activities and analyze using advanced techniques.
• Work in tandem with partner teams to enhance the precision of fraud detection models and rules.
• Assess and document fraud exposure in collaboration with stakeholders, suggesting preventative strategies.
• Monitor and analyze user logs and dashboards for signs of unauthorized transactions and fraudulent accounts.
• Utilize queries and fraud detection software to identify patterns indicative of high fraud risk, ensuring swift remedial actions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in Fraud Detection and Prevention with a minimum of 2 years' experience in an enterprise environment.
• Skilled in the use of Excel/Sheets for the identification of trends, anomalies, and fraudulent patterns, backed by at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong capability in conducting investigations and data analysis on large datasets.

Industry Experience Required:

• Experience in the technology industry, with a preference for candidates holding a background in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related technical field.
