XBuild is changing how contractors create reports with our user-friendly, technology-driven platform. We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Success Specialist to welcome new contractors to our platform, help them get started, and set them up for success from the first interaction.

Job Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist on our Contractor Welcome Team, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to new contractors, introducing them to XBuild, and ensuring they feel comfortable navigating the platform. You’ll make initial calls to welcome them, answer any initial questions, and guide them through submitting their first report.

Responsibilities

• Welcome New Contractors : Conduct initial welcome calls to introduce new users to XBuild and ensure a positive first experience.
• Guide First Steps : Answer basic questions, help contractors get oriented on the platform, and encourage them to submit their first report.
• Customer Support : Provide clear and helpful instructions to ensure contractors feel confident using XBuild.
• Track Interactions : Document call notes and critical information in the CRM for a smooth transition to ongoing account management.

Qualifications

• Experience : 1+ years in customer service, onboarding, or customer success roles.
• Communication Skills : Friendly and engaging, with the ability to make contractors feel welcome and supported.
• Organized : Able to manage multiple calls and follow-up tasks daily.
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable learning new platforms quickly and guiding others in basic platform use.
