ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, effectively addressing their questions and concerns.
Issue Resolution: Quickly resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction is consistently maintained.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experiences and suggest improvements to processes.
Policy Assistance: Guide clients through their insurance policies, providing them with the necessary knowledge and updates.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
RequirementsLicensing: Must hold an active Michigan Property & Casualty License.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in customer service within the insurance industry is required.
Education: A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address client concerns and efficiently resolve issues.
Customer-Centric: Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality of work.
Technical Skills: Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
