Job Description

Staffmark is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a healthcare client in Columbia, TN. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers, resolve inquiries, and support claims-related questions.

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding support for health plan members
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and resolve customer issues professionally
• Direct claims-related calls to UMR or Medicare Supplement Claims as needed
• Document inquiries accurately in the Facets System
• Identify and report system issues
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Support billing inquiries
• Work overtime as needed
• Set and achieve career development goals annually

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
