Customer Service Representative - Join Our People-First Team!

Are you highly organized, people-focused, and eager to make a real impact in HR? We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our client's HR team and help create an exceptional employee experience. In this role, you'll be the backbone of HR operations-from onboarding new hires to supporting engagement initiatives-while ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hr.

What You'll Do:

  • Administrative Support: Manage purchase orders, route employee inquiries, audit personnel files, and provide general HR support.
  • Workers' Compensation: Coordinate with employees, providers, and internal teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with safety procedures.
  • Employee Experience: Play a key role in onboarding new hires, arranging welcome gifts, planning on-site events, and managing recognition programs to celebrate milestones.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multiple teams and serve as backup support to keep HR functions running seamlessly.


What We're Looking For:
  • Must have 3 years of HR administrative experience (or similar support role).
  • High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills-able to work with employees at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
