What You'll Do:

This is not a cold-calling job. You'll be helping families who have already requested more information about their benefits.

• Reach out to members via phone or video to schedule consultations
• Guide clients through virtual meetings and present customized coverage options
• Assist with paperwork and application processing
• Ensure accuracy and care in every enrollment
• Attend ongoing training to sharpen your skills and accelerate your growth

What You Bring:

• A genuine desire to help others and make a difference
• Strong people skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivation and discipline to work independently
• A positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Experience in sales, customer service, or consulting is helpful but not required
