Are you motivated to help people? Are you looking to get your foot in the door with a great organization? Our client in Newton is looking for some motivated employees to join their team! No experience is needed for this role, they just need good communication skills and the drive to help others. This is a temp to hire position as well. Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5pm or 10pm-7pm Pay: $16 per hour If you are interested, please apply directly!

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with their durable medical equipment

• Answer questions on how to use equipment, help troubleshoot issues

• Assist patients with billing questions

• Order tracking updates

• General questions around equipment
