Job Title: CTS Digital Technician  (Remote)

 

Location:  Preferred region is central or any state within the central time zone.

 

Travel: minimal, less than 5%

 

POSITION SUMMARY:  Assist Customer Technical Services (CTS) on the use and development of all customers facing digital programs. This position will be key to supporting Sun Chemicals’ digital footprint and activities.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

 

• Support the continued training and implementation of SunFocus remote troubleshooting for our customers.
• Support the continued training and implementation of SunFocus remote troubleshooting for our customers. 
•  Support the vetting of more digital options for the CTS program, for example, beta testing potential software and equipment. 
• Support SunColorBox implementation. SunColorBox is a comprehensive suite of products and services that delivers digital color Using a digital workflow, that can provide improved color reproductions across substrates management and color consistency on packaging and digitally manage colors and ensure color accuracy while minimizing waste - whether printing spot color, CMYK or expanded color gamut (ECG)

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  

 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience. 
• Strong ability to organize data into reports and to analyze data for return on investment while utilizing MS Excel and PowerPoint programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a good communicator.
• Strong understanding of user centered software design, understanding of color analysis software.
• Ability to work independently, multitask and manage multiple projects.
