Job Description
The University of Tennessee's Office of Innovative Technology (OIT) is seeking a CRM MuleSoft Developer to join our team. This position is classified in the Analyst 3 Job Family with a market range of MR14.
The position will primarily support the implementation and maintenance of the campus Salesforce platform. The position will work under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Enterprise Applications and alongside a project manager, business analysts, and peer Salesforce developers and administrators. Primary responsibilities of the CRM MuleSoft Developer role include performing data integration functions, implementing upgrades as needed, configuration, testing, and documentation.
The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and able work successfully across functional department boundaries.
