• Provide legal representation to clients facing criminal charges in Charlotte, NC.
• Engage in negotiations with prosecutors to advocate for clients' best interests.
• Create personalized case strategies to address the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant statutes to build a strong defense.
• Prepare legal documentation such as pleadings, motions, and settlements.
• Effectively manage a diverse caseload, meet deadlines, and prioritize client communication.

• Must have a JD degree and hold an active NC law license in good standing.
• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in criminal defense or a related field.
• Strong skills in research, writing, and negotiation are essential.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member.
• Demonstrate a client-first approach with high emotional intelligence.
• Consideration given to small firm owners looking to focus solely on practicing law.
