Project Manager Banner Ad Specialist

Planet Interactive is seeking a Project Manager to join an in-house agency for a well-known pharmaceutical company. The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting and creating iterative banner content for US Commercial marketing teams.

• Pay : $29-$31/hr depending on experience (W2 and option for benefits)
• Location : Remote but need to be local to Irvine, CA
• Duration: 12 mo to start (potential for extension / conversion)

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Project management of Create iterative banner content for A/B tests using the Digital Lab banner platform and technologies, by leveraging existing banners, cloning the existing banners, and building test and learn content to improve our engagement rates.
• Proficient in using graphic design tools, media, and/or technologies to create and iterate from a single concept or asset.
• Experience collaborating with teams to gather feedback and manage design projects that involve multiple iterations and refinements.
• Update banner inventory for brands to support an enterprise view of all the types of banners and recommend if a new enterprise banner template should be created for all brands to leverage.
• Update/maintain banner component inventory for brands.
• Provide enhancement ideas and any issues with the banner content creation tool to the banner product owner to inform the enhancement roadmap.

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Creative Project manager experience
• 1+ years of experience with design software and technologies (InDesign, Figma, Photoshop, artificial intelligence, or other facsimile).
• Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively.
• Experience in Pharma preferred but not required.
