Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with our creative team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage creative projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, developers, and marketing professionals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the team.
- Manage client relationships, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a creative or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
