We’re looking for a Creative Director who thrives in a small, fast-paced environment where every voice counts. You’ll lead with vision, inspire with strategy, and execute with precision.
**Onsite 5 days/week- River North
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Vision:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers.
- Develop and communicate a compelling creative vision that aligns with client goals and brand strategies.
Campaign Development:
- Oversee the creation of integrated campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, experiential, etc.).
- Translate complex briefs into innovative, results-driven concepts that resonate with target audiences.
Hands-On Execution:
- Dive into the creative process, from brainstorming to final production, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
- Act as a hands-on creative, ready to design, edit, or refine work as needed to meet deadlines and standards.
Client Collaboration:
- Partner with clients to deeply understand their needs, present creative solutions, and build trust through clear communication and impactful results.
Project Oversight:
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience as a creative professional within a creative agency or tech company, with a strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work.
Skills:
- Proven ability to ideate and execute across diverse media platforms.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, with a track record of inspiring and developing creative teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to pitch and present ideas persuasively.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics software is a plus.
