Brand Creative Director

3 days/week onsite in San Francisco

Base salary range: $170-225k depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to develop brand-defining campaigns. This role will be responsible for shaping the creative vision, crafting captivating narratives, and executing innovative marketing strategies across various channels, including TV, social activations, brand partnerships, and more.

• Create a vision for the brand that translates into powerful and authentic storytelling that drives awareness/consideration
• Develop and execute a creative vision for what our brand looks and feels like through TV spots, activations, social campaigns, and partnerships across all channels.
• 8+ years in a creative leadership role, with at least 5+ years working at a creative ad agency making brand level work.
• Must be tapped into pop culture / sub culture and have proven experience with partnership initiatives
• Experience working on big integrated campaigns
