Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in content strategy or digital marketing are a plus.
- Fluency in English as a working language; previous overseas study or work experience is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in content creation, copywriting, and content strategy, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and style.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative abilities, with experience in defining and highlighting product selling points and keywords effectively.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform content strategy and decision-making.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's brand, marketing, and business goals.
- Lead the content team in the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various channels, including brand marketing, product marketing, promotions, social media, blogs, and more.
- Establish and enforce content style guidelines and standards, ensuring all content adheres to a consistent voice, tone, and style that reflects the brand.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure content consistency, alignment, and strategic messaging across all platforms.
- Proofread and approve external media releases, ensuring accuracy and consistency in promoting corporate culture and brand image.
- Refine and enhance the brand content guide and styling, ensuring all content adheres to established standards and effectively communicates the brand's voice and message.
- Analyze content performance metrics and market trends to refine and optimize content strategies and initiatives.
- Mentor and develop the skills of junior content creators and copywriters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the company's content strategy ahead of the curve.
