Corporate Travel Consultant ITS - Internet Travel Solutions, Dallas

Overview

Join to apply for the Corporate Travel Consultant role at ITS - Internet Travel Solutions. This position supports corporate travel arrangements, customer service, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate within company standards in the areas of customer service, productivity, quality standards and operating procedures.
• Produce 350+ transactions monthly (when applicable).
• Follow company procedures, guidelines, and standards in the areas of customer service, building and updating PNRs, ticketing, attendance, and punctuality.
• Assist peers and work together as a team; log in/out at shift times and be on time.
• Monitor expenses and costs with management to ensure a profitable branch; keep Manager informed of significant matters.
• Stay informed of airline rules and regulations and accurately apply this information when making travel arrangements.
• Attend training as required and participate in monthly team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned and support various ITS teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of Corporate Travel Consultant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with booking international travel, complex routings, and understanding international fare rules.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SABRE and other GDS systems is a plus.
• Mid-office quality control experience is a plus.
• Excellent skills in follow-up, organization, multi-tasking, flexibility, customer service, decision-making, written and verbal communication, and time management.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality; professional behavior and team orientation.
• Flexibility with work hours to meet client demands and ITS needs.
• Experience with Executive Travel; AirPass & PassPlus experience preferred; airline upgrade procedures knowledge.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to utilize CRS systems effectively.
• Ability to work extended hours as client demands require.
• Be on time and ready to work at designated scheduled times.
