Job Description: At Regions, the Corporate Security Consultant will be responsible for a fully developed investigative operation designed to prevent loss and detect criminal conduct. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for investigating unlawful acts, pursuing prosecution of offenders, and protecting the bank from internal and external fraud attempts Follows established procedure to identify and resolve problems Communicate with other lines of business, law enforcement, and victims of crime to determine extent and nature of criminal activity Evaluate account activity to determine if suspicious or criminal activity is taking place Serve as a resource to individual lines of business by communicating Corporate Security investigative and security requirements and implications to their operations May be accountable for regular reporting or process administration as owner Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve issues This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Two (2) years of prior bank, law enforcement, or bank security related experience Preferences Bachelor's degree in a related field Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Job Range Target: Minimum: $48,835.05 USD Median: $62,320.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
