Leading global law firm's Boston office is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Legal Support Specialist with at least 2 years' of experience to join our dynamic team.

As a Corporate Legal Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing administrative and operational support to our corporate legal team in the Boston office. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including document management, legal research, and client communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in document preparation and management, including drafting and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and memos.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate law topics.
• Communicate with clients and external parties to gather necessary information and documents.
• Coordinate and manage document production and discovery processes.
• Maintain and update client files and databases.
• Manage attorney calendars and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Provide general administrative support, such as answering phones, maintaining office supplies, and organizing files.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a corporate law firm.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
