Job Details We’re seeking a Corporate Associate to join our Stamford, New Haven, or New York office. You should have 3-6 years of experience at a law firm, with a strong background in drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents. Experience with M&A, Venture Capital, or other sophisticated corporate transactions is essential. Familiarity with securities law compliance and corporate governance matters is a plus. Candidates must be barred in either Connecticut or New York. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-level corporate deals.
