We are looking for a Copywriter to join our team. Writers at Envoy have multidisciplinary talents. You are great at finding and communicating strategy, creating a new brand framework, and writing well-researched, thoughtful website copy. You can conceptualize strategic ideas/campaigns. You can tell a story in a presentation document. You can work ongoing copy needs like email/social. You are a maker that can find interesting insights that inform your words and ideas. Writers work with our uncommonly experienced group of ECDs, CDs, Art Directors, Designers, fellow Copywriters, and Production teams. To support this, we expect employees to work from one of our offices (Irvine, San Diego or Chicago) up to three days a week. What You Will Do Write all forms of copy: campaigns, websites, brand story, etc. Develop strategy and strong points of view to defend copy choices Work with designers/creatives to ensure work is portrayed as intended Present ideas and copy to client partners Contribute to our creative culture Qualities and Qualifications 5+ years of experience, 3+ years at an agency Concepting and writing skills. Presentation skills, both internally and client-facing. Strategic pedigree - researching, synthesizing and communicating Experience creating copy and ideas for a variety of audiences, brands, and industries. Experience writing a brand framework and a website. Experience with great design Work at a high level with teams and individually What We Offer The salary range for this position is between $82,000 to $92,000, plus benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
