Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Manage the accounts payable department
Weekly check runs
Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
Review and analyze project costs, ensuring they are accurate and within budget
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for project managers and senior management
Work closely CFO to ensure all monthly and quarterly tax reports are filed
Assist with audits and provide support as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in project accounting in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of Sage, Procore, AIA billing, cost reporting, and certified payroll
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
CPA or CMA certification preferred
