Job Title: Controller
Job Location: Bethlehem, PA
Work Schedule: 100% on-site
Salary: $100k-$120k base salary DOE + 5% Annual Bonus + Comprehensive Health Benefits + 401k with 4% Match
Must have:
5+ yrs of Accounting experience
Work experience within a plant or manufacturing environment, specifically with experience working in distribution and inventory flow (transactional side of inventory)
General ledger, month-end closing, and budgeting experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or Economics, or similar
Nice-to-have:
Cost Accounting experience
Microsoft D365

Job Details
Our client is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Plant Controller who will be responsible for general ledger accounting duties including month-end closing, budgeting, etc.
Moreover, they will be responsible for confirming the transactional side of inventory, overseeing the cycle count program, reporting on daily sales, tracking expenses, planning for headcount, and responsible for overseeing some fixed assets.
Must have:
5+ yrs of Accounting experience
Work experience within a plant or manufacturing environment, specifically with experience working in distribution and inventory flow (transactional side of inventory)
General ledger, month-end closing, and budgeting experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or Economics, or similar
Nice-to-have:
Cost Accounting experience
