We are working with a dynamic and rapidly expanding bank located in Orange County, seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Controller to join their close-knit team. Desired Skills:

•  Ideally 5+ years of experience working for a bank, with a strong understanding of industry-specific accounting practices.
  

• Experience with preparing and reviewing reconciliations, month-end and year-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and ensuring compliance with FASB and ASC standards.

• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements, including call reports and other filings specific to the banking industry.

• Hands-on experience working with outsourced HR providers to manage payroll, benefits, and employee-related inquiries effectively.
