Contracts Manager-Stafford, VA

Alexandria Insights is a growing small business government contractor, seeking a Contracts Manager to support our growing business portfolio in Stafford, VA. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of contracting duties to include contract negotiation and administration, proposal development, and pricing. Duties include:

• Negotiate and administer contracts with the federal government and prime contractors.
• Negotiate and administer subcontracts and assist with subcontractor management.
• Review and negotiate teaming agreements, contracts, and subcontracts to ensure Company objectives are achieved.
• Develop detailed Cost/Price proposals for all relevant contract types.
• Monitor and report on contract execution (including deliverables and financials).

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in a business or related field and 5 years relevant experience contracts management. Experience can be substituted for degree.
• Experience with negotiation and management of DoD Services contracts is required. SeaPort NxG experience is preferred.
• Experience with all contract types, including cost plus, fixed price, T&M, and incentive fee is desired.
• Experience as both a contracts administrator and subcontract administrator in a DoD environment is desired.
• Thorough knowledge of the FAR and DFARS is required.
• Ability to effectively work independently and as part of an integrated team is required.
• Excellent MS Word and MS Excel skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills are required.
• Eligibility for DoD SECRET clearance is required.

Salary Range - $100K - $120K
