Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary design team .
• Design and write content for in-product experiences that help customers achieve their goals 
• Design experiences through the lens of language, leveraging expertise in user experience design, design thinking, and product strategy.
• Design, write, edit, and test clear, compelling in-product language that adhere to our client’s style guides and best practices.
• Understand, employ, and evangelize our content design principles, coherence guidelines, and content design evaluation tools.  
• Identify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and innovations and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholders    
• Perform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriate.   
• Work directly with design, engineering, PM, and developers to create and refine product features.
• Utilize research and data to extract user insights that inform design decisions.
• Follow design system patterns, brand voice principles, and style guides to ensure accessibility and usability.
• Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.
• Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.

Experience:

• 8-10 years’ experience product design experience with an emphasis on content.
• Proficient in Figma and Microsoft products.
• Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-end
• Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile software development lifecycle

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $63 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
