📌 The Role
As a Superintendent , you’ll oversee day-to-day on-site operations , ensuring safety, efficiency, and seamless coordination between subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining schedules, upholding quality standards, and keeping everything running smoothly from start to finish.
📌 What You’ll Do:
✔ Manage Job Sites – Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and daily activities.
✔ Ensure Quality – Maintain high construction standards and adherence to project plans.
✔ Prioritize Safety – Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
✔ Problem-Solve – Identify and resolve job site challenges proactively.
✔ Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with project managers, clients, and field teams to drive success.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
🔹 Strong understanding of ground-up and renovation projects .
🔹 Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and safety plans .
🔹 A proven leader who can motivate teams and drive results .
