Responsibilities :
- Drive new business growth and manage your pipeline of existing projects
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Create tailored solutions for your customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Identify market trends and opportunities
- Develop strategies to outperform competitors
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs
Requirements :
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably with a construction industry background / knowledge
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive business growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel frequently across Canada, with overnight stays as required
- Must have your own vehicle to travel to / from work and attend sales calls
