We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Construction Laborer. The Construction Laborer will perform and assist with various construction tasks to support and ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Job Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites with light demolition and debris removal.
• Material Handling: Load, transport, and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
• Basic Construction Tasks: Ability to read measurements, basic knowledge of both hand and power tools, assisting with the installation of building components (installing baseboards and hardware).
• Job Site Clean-Up: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning up debris and disposing of waste materials.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members by following all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Follow instructions from supervisors to complete required tasks. Effectively communicate and collaborate with other team members to move projects forward.

• Previous experience in construction, finish carpentry, repair work, or a related field preferred. * Plumbing, drywall, or any trade experience is a plus. *
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to safely tow trailers and equipment.
• Ability to lift 50lbs safely
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
