Pearl Builders Group is a commercial and residential real estate project management company. With over 20 years of experience amongst the senior management, Pearl Builders delivers a wide variety of projects. We manage projects from construction to property management encompassing a complete design/build. Our work ranges from the management and development of completely new builds, refurbishments, and fit outs for Companies.

We are currently looking to add a motivated individual that can work in a fast-paced environment to join our Construction team in Dallas, TX.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare floors/walls for installations.
• Assisting to install tiles in various construction areas.
• Assisting in maintenance and light repairs.
• Perform routine landscaping on the grounds.
• Assisting in paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
• Undertake light installation or carpentry (e.g., build cabinets)
• Assisting in repair equipment or appliances
• Assist in electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs.
• Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g., shoveling snow)
• Identify and report the need for major repairs.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, trailers, and platforms manually.
• Examine and inspect incoming and outgoing items for accuracy, wears and defects and report any issues to supervisor immediately.
  
  

Requirements

• Lifting required up to 40lbs - 50lbs
• Experience of construction is required
• Availability to work full-time
• Good communication ability
• Vehicle to travel to various job sites across the GTA (must have driver’s license
• Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
• Attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent
