Job Description
A construction foreman's job is to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. Their responsibilities include:
Foremen need to be able to read and interpret schedules, understand what people, equipment, and materials are needed, and demonstrate critical thinking and analysis skills.
