Job Description
A local CRE Lending Firm will add a Commercial Loan Closer to their local staff. The ideal candidate will have commercial closing experience with commercial real estate loans of at least 3 years. You will be working in the office with the Executive Team.
Responsibilities include
- Review closing documents closely for accurate and due diligence. Close, Fund and follow the delivery process of assigned loans
- Interact with internal departments and other third parties to ensure loans are closed timely
- Provide due diligence and work with assigned attorneys
- Work directly with customer to thoroughly complete closing documents
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in commercial loan closing
- Some college preferred
- Excellent time management, organizational and teamwork skills
