Job Description:

As a Commercial Roofing Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional roofing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and finalize commercial roofing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

• Coordinate and supervise roofing crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular project updates.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial roofing industry.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
