Job Details We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions and a proven track record of providing exceptional legal counsel to clients.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate, draft, and review commercial real estate contracts, including purchase agreements, leases, and development contracts.
Advise clients on property acquisitions, dispositions, and lease structures.
Conduct due diligence and review title reports, surveys, and environmental assessments.
Ensure compliance with applicable zoning, land use, and environmental regulations.
Work closely with clients, brokers, and other legal teams to structure transactions that meet client objectives.
Represent developers, investors, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals in complex commercial transactions.
Provide strategic legal counsel to mitigate risks and handle complex real estate disputes.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
Strong negotiation, drafting, and legal research skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and proactive in delivering effective solutions.
Experience with the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties.
Background in corporate law and asset acquisitions.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
