Join our team at Drevo Inc., a leading provider of commercial millwork, soffit, facia, interior products and installation services to major retail chains such as Publix, Aldi, Sprouts, Home Depot, TJ Maxx and more.
Position Overview:
As a finish carpenter, you will play a vital role in our company’s success by ensuring the accurate and timely installation of commercial millwork, solid surface countertops, FRP panels, various types of corner guards, McCue safety products, hollow metal doors, solid core wood doors, traffic doors, Nichiha paneling, ACM paneling and various other interior and exterior products at locations around Florida. Your craftsmanship, attention to detail and expertise will contribute to the quality and aesthetics of our clients’ spaces, leaving a lasting impression.
Responsibilities:
· Execute precise and efficient installation of commercial millwork, doors, hardware and interior products according to blueprints, specifications, installation instructions and company standards.
· Safely operate hand and power tools, lifts and other equipment required for installation.
· Collaborate effectively with project managers, general contractors, other trades and team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
· Conduct on-site measurements and assessments as needed to ensure accurate installations.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in commercial millwork and/or related fields.
· Proficiency in reading blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents.
· Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to legally work in Florida.
· Must have own hand tools.
