Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
A bit about us:
A highly reputable construction firm is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious construction superintendent to join our team of construction professionals in Columbia, SC. We have been in the South Carolina construction industry for over 20 years, specializing in New Construction, interior finish and tenant improvement projects. Our projects primarily consist of new construction, Commercial, healthcare, medical facilities, and office/warehouse complexes.

Job Details
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
Proven experience in managing construction projects in the educational and healthcare sectors is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively.
Proficient in construction management software.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
Must hold relevant certifications and licenses.
