Job Duties May Include: PRN, Self-Scheduling and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living Settings Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease Aide with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake, if applicable Assist with ambulation and transfers, if applicable Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes, as needed Work with the facility staff to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment What do we offer?
