Job Summary:
Sanuwave Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field-Based Clinical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in medical devices or as a professional educator, with a passion for educating healthcare professionals and improving patient care. This role involves significant travel to various healthcare facilities to provide training and support for our advanced wound care solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on the use and benefits of Sanuwave Health’s medical devices to healthcare professionals in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and skilled nursing facilities.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up training to ensure the effective implementation of our technology.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs and opportunities.
- Collect and report feedback from trainees to improve training programs and product development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in wound care management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in the medical device industry or as a professional educator.
- Medical Device early commercial/start up experience strongly preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple training sessions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using NetSuite CRM and MS Office software.
- Passion for educating and empowering healthcare professionals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in wound care management or related healthcare fields.
- Experience as a clinical educator.
