The position is Onsite ( No Work from Home ).
Position Scope:
The business need for these employees is to help with shipping fulfillment for the RSA devices.
This job is really important as we need to make sure customers receive these devices to avoid service issues and customer complaints.
Position Details:
Position: Device Shipping Associate
Job duration: 6 months
Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84116 ( Onsite )
Work Schedule: 7 AM - 3:30 PM Mountain Time – Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $18.70/hour
Roles and Responsibilities:
Shipping RSA Devices, and receiving inventory, some physical labor involving lifting work.
The shipping part of the job is not the experience directly desired but the reliability and working with a team are the stand-out skills.
Required Skills:
Customer Service is a large need, and working well in a team environment is very important.
Able to work with others to coordinate and perform without constant supervision.
Some use of Excel.
Navigation of MS Windows.
Will need to use OneNote/Word doc as well for note-taking.
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred .
Experience within the financial industry is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills.
